Coronavirus Shipping Update

7th May - Royal Mail improvements, removal of Hermes as a shipping option and re-opening of international orders

Here's an update on our current situation regarding shipping to the UK and beyond

UK orders

To limit the number of trips we're making we're sending via Royal Mail three times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for the time being. That means everything ordered up to 12pm on a posting day should be despatched that same day. This alternate shipping day limitation does not apply to the DHL/UPS Priority Courier Delivery (see below) which will be always be despatched next working day (Monday - Friday).

Standard Royal Mail First Class: In early April we were seeing significant delays to many First Class parcels but recently the sitution seems to have improved with parcels now tending to arrive within 2-5 days rather than up to 2 weeks like before. Because of this we've now removed the Hermes shipping option as that typically isn't any quicker and costs more.

Priority Courier Delivery: We're continuing to offer an additional shipping choice using DHL / UPS (UK Mainland only) if you'd like to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP. This are more expensive than Royal Mail so we can't offer free shipping on orders over £50 using these couriers, but it's still discounted to £5 for orders over £50.

Overseas orders (Europe and beyond)

We've now re-opened checkout to our international customers as although there may still be delays we believe that couriers are slowly getting back to normal delivery times

We apologise for the inconvenience these changes cause and we'll let you all know via our Facebook page and newsletter as soon as things change back to normal. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.
